This week started with a beautiful potluck evening on Tuesday. I made chicken chili (sweet-chili). There were different foods from each room. I am never used to trying new foods but this time it felt right. All the foods were delicious. Enjoyed every single food.

This week was filled with mostly researching on what I'll be doing for the rest of the internship as well as getting ready for conferences in October! For the majority of the internship, I'll be focusing on one specific food: Maja Blanca!
