Kristiana Smith

Biography

I am a junior math major, chemistry-physics-French triple minor, and am on the pre-medical track at Rhodes College. I love to travel and this summer I have had the opportunity to go abroad a couple times. In May I went to Namibia to research possible conservation work. From June- August I conducted research at New York City College. I spend my time doing Parkinsons Disease research at Rhodes College as well as volunteer at an animal rescue, daycare, and elementary. I am a member of Rhodes Cheer Team, Kappa Delta, and Rhodes SPS. After graduation, I plan to pursue a M.D.-Ph.D in hopes of being a pediatric oncological medical researcher.
