Roanoke College

Roanoke College led the public in viewing the total solar eclipse in august 2017 at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (NC). The primary work was in setting up Celestron 5/6” telescopes with solar filters and keeping them aligned during public handling and viewing. This event brought in nearly 500 attendees.
