Johari Dramiga

Johari Dramiga is a senior in the Texas Lutheran University Department of Physics, pursuing a degree in Applied Physics. Johari has been an active participant in the TLU Chapter of SPS since his freshman year, and currently serves as the treasurer for the chapter. Johari assures the chapter has the necessary funds in order for to weekly meetings, outreach and conference travel to be paid for. Johari has been involved in multiple outreach and service activities with the chapter, including Family Physics Night, an annual community outreach even that attracts over 400 people to the small campus at TLU. In addition to serving the chapter, Johari is an athlete which at TLU is not uncommon even for physics majors. Johari has attended and presented at both Joint Texas Physics meetings, where SPS Zone 13 meets with the Texas Sections of the APS and AAPT and PhysCon. Upon completing his physics degree Johari intends to pursue graduate school, but is not sure yet exactly what he will study, since he is interested in so many interesting things about physics and computer science! His most recent interests include the topics he has learned in his Digital Electronics course.
