James McGroddy, PhD is a BS Physics alumnus of Saint Joseph's College (Patchogue, NY). He earned master’s and doctoral degrees in physics from the University of Maryland College Park, was employed by IBM (International Business Machines) Yorktown Heights where he later became Director, Vice-President, Senior-Vice President and Special Adviser to the Chair.
