Introduction

Hello everyone.

My name is Daniel McNeel, and I go to school at New Mexico State University. I will be a junior next fall, so I am very excited to have my first internship lined up. My university is located in Las Cruces, a big city for New Mexico, but very small compared to anywhere else. I am looking forward to traveling to DC as I'm sure there's a lot more to do and a lot more to see.

When I'm not studying in the SPS room, I enjoy rock climbing, gaming, or metal smithing. I am currently considering minoring in art, because I really need an outlet for my creative side (that part of me that doesn't want to do physics all day) and because my art teacher is interested in my work (which is very physic oriented).

And so, if I have managed to fit the word physics into my introduction enough to be acceptable, I must get back to moving junk out of my apartment.

I look forward to meeting all of you,

—Daniel
